All Semacon machines come with a one-year factory warranty. Purchase of this extension adds one, two, three or four additional years to your warranty.
The service plan involves phone support to try to trouble-shoot problems and then, if they cannot be resolved over the phone, the machine will be replaced by Semacon with an equivalent machine, new or refurbished, of the same age or newer than the original machine.
Semacon will ship the replacement machine by ground service at its own expense unless expedited service is requested by customer (an expedite fee will apply).
The original machine would then be sent back to Semacon in the box used for the replacement and with the included prepaid shipping label.
