• These safes have a bank deposit type lock on the inside. Two keys are needed to open them; the renter key and the guard key (it comes with 2 renter keys and 1 guard key). Guard key can be removed from the lock, and then the lock only needs the renter key to open the safe.

You must unpackage and inspect your delivered product prior to signing the truck driver's delivery receipt. If any damages are discovered or suspected, simply refuse the shipment. Once you sign for the delivery and there is no damage noted to the driver, you are responsible for any damage fees, shipping and delivery fees of the returned product. NO Exceptions!
