- Damaged during transportation as a consequence of poor packing.
- Damaged as the result of usage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, etc. or extremely used/worn/soiled.
- Returned without all packaging, printed materials and accessories (power adapters, external displays, etc.) supplied with the unit.
- Shipped in the original product box and not in a shipping box as required.
