1. Do I have to be a bank to order from you?

Not at all. We have been supplying reliable money handling products to individuals, casinos, retail, offices, restaurants, banks, credit unions, and many other businesses.

2. How long will my order take?

Some products are in stock and ship quickly while others are custom made just for you and can take anywhere between 3-6 weeks.

3. Will you send me a receipt?

If you provide your email or mailing address, we would gladly do so.

4. Will you send me tracking?

A tracking number(s) is provided once your order ships and bills. You can find it on your invoice or cash sale receipt.

5. How do I become tax-exempt?

Send a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to our general email bsi-store@banksupplies.com and our Customer Care Team will work with our Accounting Department to get you taken care of.

7. How do I get an account, OR Can I be billed?

There is a credit application that needs to be filled out.

8. What credit cards do you take?

American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Check by mail, ACH and wire transfers are all accepted as well. PayPal is an option if you order through our website.

9. Do you blind ship?

Yes, we do this daily.

10. Will you be providing a proof for my custom order?

Yes, we always get proof approval before we begin production.

11. Can I ship to multiple locations at one time?

Yes! This can only be done by speaking directly with our staff via phone or email.

12. Can I use my own shipping account?

Absolutely! We are always happy to use your shipping account if that’s what you prefer.

13. What shipping carrier do you use?

Primarily we use FedEx. For certain shipments we will also use UPS or USPS.

14. Where is my product shipping from?

It depends on which products you order. Our main warehouse is in Ypsilanti, MI but we have several others around the country. Feel free to check with our dedicated Customer Care team anytime and they can help you figure out what your transit time is.

15. Do you have any promotions or free shipping going on?

We work hard to provide you with quality products at unbeatable prices. However, we encourage you to sign up for our weekly emails to stay informed on any sales or promotion we may have.

This is our newest brand of Tamper Evident Deposit Bags. They have been designed to exceed all Federal Reserve standards and come equipped with every security feature in the industry to make sure tampering cannot be hidden.

17. How can I get a sample?

We have samples for most of our consumable and printed products. Reach out to our Customer Care Team or your Sales Rep and they will be happy to check for you.
