If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund of the original purchase price (freight charges not included).

To initiate a return, request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 days of purchase. RA numbers expire after 30 days. Returns without a valid RA number and provided RA label will be refused.

Restocking Fees

AccuBANKER® reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if the returned item:

• Is damaged during transportation due to poor packing.
• Shows signs of usage, including dents, scratches, cracks, or excessive wear.
• Is missing packaging, printed materials, or accessories (e.g., power adapters, external displays).
• Is shipped in the original product box instead of a proper shipping box.
